Qualified Nutritional Therapist with a CNM DipNT, 4+ years of clinical experience, and an NHS background. Serving Westgate-on-Sea, Thanet, Margate, Broadstairs and all of East Kent.
I was born in California and grew up in the UK, and for most of my life I took my health for granted. That changed in 2016 when what I believed was a harmless cyst turned out to be breast cancer.
After chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, I was told I was "cured." So I went back to life as normal - ignoring what my body had tried to tell me. Just nine months later, the cancer returned in my lymph nodes.
"I was told I would live with cancer for the rest of my life - and I simply couldn't accept that. So instead, I immersed myself in learning."
I changed my diet and lifestyle completely. Within a year, my tumour had disappeared. I was taken off the drug that was only ever meant to contain the cancer, not eliminate it.
That experience changed everything. I felt stronger, more alive, and even ran the London Marathon. More importantly, it sparked a deep love for the science of how the body heals when it's properly supported.
For the past four years, I've dedicated myself to studying nutrition and helping others understand how small, sustainable changes create lasting transformation. Working in the NHS for the last three years has shown me just how many people are searching for the why behind their symptoms - not just another prescription.
I have a special interest in gut health, stress and burnout, thyroid disorders, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol management, and cancer support - empowering clients to understand their bodies and make choices that support true long-term wellbeing.
As a mum of three, I understand the juggle, the overwhelm, and how hard it is to prioritise yourself. That's why everything I do is realistic, supportive, and step-by-step.
I believe true healing starts with understanding what's really going on - not just treating symptoms. I support you with tailored nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and practical strategies designed to fit into real life, so you can transform your health sustainably.
