Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or engaging any services. By booking a discovery call, programme, or consultation with me, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact me before proceeding.

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the client) and Kaleigh Tyler ("I", "me", "my"), a nutritional therapist based in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent. They apply to all services offered through kaleightyler.com, including consultations, programmes, and all related communications.

2. Nature of Service

Nutritional therapy is a complementary health discipline. The advice and recommendations I provide are based on nutritional science and are intended to support your overall health and wellbeing. Nutritional therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist (BSc (Hons) Nutrition, CNM DipNT). I am not a medical doctor, and I am not registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). I cannot diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or override the advice of your GP or other medical professionals.

3. Programmes and Services

I currently offer the following programmes. Prices and inclusions are as stated on the Programmes page at the time of booking:

• The Wellness Kickstarter — single session package (currently £65)
• The 4-Week Reset — four-week programme (currently £145)
• The 12-Week Transformation — twelve-week programme (currently £395)

All programmes begin with a free, no-obligation 20-minute discovery call to ensure we are a good fit before you commit.

4. Booking and Payment

Discovery Call

The initial discovery call is free of charge and carries no obligation. It is an opportunity for us to discuss your health goals and determine whether working together is right for you.

Programme Payment

Payment is due in full before the commencement of any programme, unless a payment arrangement has been agreed with me in writing. I will confirm payment details at the time of booking.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect a booking already confirmed and paid for.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Discovery Call

If you need to cancel or reschedule your free discovery call, please let me know as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

Paid Sessions and Programmes

• More than 48 hours' notice: you may reschedule your session at no charge. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• 24–48 hours' notice: you may reschedule once. A second cancellation within this window may result in the session being forfeited.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: the session will be considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

In cases of genuine emergency or serious illness, I will always try to find a fair solution — please just get in touch as soon as you can.

6. Refund Policy

Once a programme has commenced, refunds are not available for any sessions already delivered. If you wish to discontinue a programme before completion:

• I will consider a partial refund for any remaining, undelivered sessions on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds will not be issued for sessions where less than 24 hours' notice was given
• Any refund will be processed within 14 days of the request being agreed

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer law.

7. Your Responsibilities as a Client

To get the most from working together, I ask that you:

• Provide honest and accurate information about your health, medical history, and any medications you take
• Inform me of any changes to your health or medication during the programme
• Continue to see your GP for medical concerns and not delay seeking medical care based on nutritional advice alone
• Follow through on agreed actions between sessions, to the best of your ability
• Inform me if recommendations are not suitable or are causing concern, so we can adjust your plan

8. Medical Conditions and Contraindications

You must disclose all known medical conditions, medications, and supplements before we begin working together. Certain health conditions or medications may affect the nutritional recommendations I am able to provide. I may recommend you consult your GP or a specialist before implementing certain changes, and I ask that you follow such recommendations.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue working with a client if I believe their needs would be better served by a different healthcare professional.

9. Confidentiality

All information you share with me is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where I am legally required to do so (for example, if there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others). 10. Intellectual Property

Any materials I provide to you (including meal plans, recipe packs, guides and protocols) are for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without my prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

I provide my services with care and in good faith, based on the information you give me. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I cannot guarantee specific health outcomes, as results will vary between individuals
• I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to follow recommendations safely
• I am not liable for adverse reactions that occur when you have not disclosed relevant medical information
• My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid me in the preceding 12 months

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of my services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
